Chairperson
Nyasha Seremani is the Board Chairperson of AGD.
Nyasha brings strategic leadership, public-health knowledge, community-development experience, and a strong commitment to social justice and inclusion. She supports the Board in providing governance oversight, guiding AGD’s long-term vision, and ensuring that the organisation remains accountable to its members, communities, partners, and supporters.
With experience in public health, nutrition, programme management, and community engagement, Nyasha contributes evidence-based thinking and practical leadership to AGD’s work. She is committed to strengthening programmes that promote health, dignity, economic resilience, and access to respectful services for marginalised communities.
Nyasha also brings valuable lived experience and a deep understanding of the challenges that stigma, discrimination, and exclusion can create. Her leadership reflects AGD’s belief that people directly affected by injustice must be part of shaping the solutions.

Board Secretary and Legal Adviser
Keneth Shava serves as the Board Secretary and Legal Adviser for Adult Glam Divas .
Keneth is a legal practitioner with experience in law, legal processes, compliance, and public service. He supports AGD to strengthen its governance, legal awareness, risk management, policy development, record-keeping, and compliance with relevant organisational requirements.
As Board Secretary, Keneth supports effective Board administration by helping to maintain accurate meeting records, support Board communication, track key decisions, and ensure that governance processes are properly documented.
His legal expertise is valuable in helping AGD navigate complex issues affecting community-led organisations, human rights, safeguarding, contracts, partnerships, organisational compliance, and risk management.
Keneth is committed to supporting AGD’s mission to advance dignity, safety, justice, and inclusion for sex workers and other marginalised communities.

Programmes and Community Development Chairperson
Makhosi Ndebele serves as the Board Programmes and Community Development Chairperson for Adult Glam Divas .
Makhosi brings experience in programme development, youth engagement, sexual and reproductive health, HIV awareness, life-skills development, mentoring, and community mobilisation. His work in community development strengthens AGD’s ability to design programmes that are practical, responsive, inclusive, and grounded in community needs.
As Programmes Chairperson, Makhosi supports Board oversight of AGD’s programme quality, community impact, learning, partnerships, and long-term sustainability. He helps ensure that AGD’s activities remain aligned with the organisation’s mission, strategic priorities, and commitment to community leadership.
Makhosi is passionate about supporting safe, empowering, and rights-based programmes that strengthen health, wellbeing, leadership, and economic resilience.

Deputy Chairperson
Ashley serves as the Deputy Chairperson of Adult Glam Divas .
Ashley supports the Board Chairperson in providing leadership, promoting good governance, and ensuring that AGD remains rooted in the needs, voices, and priorities of the community. In the absence of the Chairperson, Ashley provides continuity of leadership and supports the Board’s oversight of organisational strategy, programmes, and accountability.
Ashley brings lived experience, peer leadership, and a strong commitment to the rights, dignity, safety, and wellbeing of sex workers. Ashley’s contribution helps ensure that AGD’s decisions are informed by the realities faced by community members.
As Deputy Chairperson, Ashley is committed to strengthening participation, solidarity, community ownership, and meaningful representation within AGD.

Board Treasurer and Finance Oversight Lead
Monica Mwanza is a Chartered Accountant, Monica Mwanza strengthens responsible financial management across AGD by guiding effective budgeting, ensuring accurate and transparent reporting, and promoting strong organisational accountability to support sound governance and decision-making.
