AGD was founded by and for sex workers who understood the urgent need for safe spaces, solidarity, practical support, and collective action.
Our work responds to the realities faced by many sex workers, including stigma, discrimination, violence, economic exclusion, limited access to respectful healthcare, and barriers to justice. Through peer leadership, community outreach, advocacy, and partnerships, we support sex workers to claim their rights, strengthen their wellbeing, and build more secure futures.

Movement Coordinator and Director
Bongani Runya is the Movement Coordinator and Director of AGD. Bongani provides strategic leadership for the organisation, guiding its vision, partnerships, community mobilisation, advocacy, and organisational development.
As a community leader, Bongani works to strengthen the collective voice and leadership of sex workers in Zimbabwe. Their role includes building relationships with partners, representing AGD in advocacy and development spaces, supporting peer-led programmes, and ensuring that AGD remains accountable to the communities it serves.
Bongani is committed to advancing a movement where sex workers are recognised as rights holders, leaders, and active contributors to health, safety, dignity, and social justice.
Spokesperson
Yeukai Forindo is AGD’s Spokesperson and a sex worker leader committed to challenging stigma, discrimination, and exclusion.
Drawing from lived experience and community engagement, Yeukai represents the voices, priorities, and concerns of sex workers in public dialogue, advocacy spaces, media engagement, and community platforms. Yeukai helps ensure that discussions about sex work are informed by the realities, knowledge, and leadership of sex workers themselves.
As a spokesperson, Yeukai promotes dignity, safety, inclusion, access to respectful services, and the meaningful participation of sex workers in decisions that affect their lives.

Project Officer
Linet Nyika is the Project Officer at Adult Glam Divas Co-operative Trust. Linet supports the planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of AGD programmes and activities.
Her role includes working closely with peer educators, outreach workers, community mobilisers, members, and partners to ensure that AGD’s projects respond to community priorities. Linet contributes to programme coordination in areas such as health and wellbeing, psychosocial support, community mobilisation, advocacy, skills development, and economic empowerment.
Linet is committed to ensuring that AGD’s programmes are practical, inclusive, community-led, and responsive to the needs of sex workers and other marginalised communities.
Finance Officer
Chairmaine Muranda is the Finance Officer at Adult Glam Divas Co-operative Trust. She supports the organisation’s financial management, budgeting, record-keeping, financial reporting, and compliance systems.
Her role is important in ensuring that AGD uses its resources responsibly, transparently, and in line with approved plans, organisational policies, and donor or partner requirements.
Chairmaine works with AGD leadership to strengthen financial accountability and support the sustainability of the organisation’s programmes. She is committed to ensuring that resources reach the communities and activities they are intended to support.
